Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies, I aim to post items within three days of payment clearing, if this will be longer I will aim to inform the buyer.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & exchanges

I gladly accept returns

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Send items back within: 30 days of delivery

The buyer is responsible for return postage costs

I accept exchanges

If you’ve changed your mind and wish to exchange an item for another, please CONTACT ME to arrange this. You will need to return the unused item to me, in perfect condition, within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for paying postage costs.

I do not accept returns or exchanges on commissions

I will be in contact with the buyer throughout my creative process, and will always send proofs before i finalise the piece

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
